Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for maintaining the Practice's schedule and patients medical records, calling insurance companies, reviewing financial information with patients, according to established guidelines and requirements, reviewing records for compliance with approved policies, coordinating reception area activities to include immediately greeting all patients, promoting communication throughout the Practice, and performing clerical and administrative duties.
