Job Purpose or Objective(s):
Mentors, instructs, and manages managers and associates in the assigned region with a specialized focus on Game Protection.
Train Game Protection Departments at multiple locations.
You will report to the Senior Regional Surveillance Manager.
Primary Tasks:
1.
You will manage Game Protection Agents at sites who do not have an assigned on-site Game Protection Manager and leads all Game Protection Managers and departments at multiple properties.
2.
Perform routine site visits, with a specialized focus on Game Protection, to ensure that all assigned facilities operate in the manner prescribed by Federal, State, Tribal regulations and Departmental procedures.
3.
Develop training programs and best practices for Game Protection Managers & Agents for use at Choctaw Nation Casinos.
Provide feedback to CNGC, Legal & Compliance, and leadership regarding changes in standard operating procedures.
4.
Engage multiple industry resources to remain current on all forms of cheating collusion or devices that compromise game play or provide an advantage against Choctaw Casinos.
5.
You will coordinate surveillance equipment adds, moves, and installs and conducts testing on proposed Card Game & Table Game gaming equipment, providing department approval or feedback when applicable.
6.
Assist Surveillance site management in hiring and performance management of Game Protection Associates.
7.
Prepare reports, work with the Card Game and Table Game Departments to ensure that a form of reporting is being used across all properties and that system documentation such as floor plans, maps, surveillance plans, and camera listings are kept up to date.
8.
Review Game Protection reports from regional sites for consistency and accuracy.
9.
Operate the Game Protection Operations Room on occasion to keep up to date on the several systems used in Surveillance.
10.
Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent management experience.
Use of Word, Excel (can perform complex functions), PPT, Forms, Power Automate, SharePoint), and other casino software applications, typing skills of 40 wpm 3 years Experience of Table Games & Surveillance Procedures, Federal, State, and Tribal regulations, and procedures that govern Tribal Gaming Manage associates and projects while adjusting priorities according to changes in deadlines and environment across multiple locations Ability to obtain a key gaming license Will distinguish colors, shapes and assess scenes Three (3) years of supervisory experience in Surveillance, Law Enforcement, Security, or a Casino Associate with three (3) or more years of experience in a leadership role About the Choctaw Nation The Choctaw Nation is the third-largest Indian nation in the United States, with over 200,000 tribal members and more than 11,000 employees.
