Training & Development Professional

Job Purpose or Objective(s):
You will offer learning opportunities that improve the level of awareness, strengthens skills, and increases overall productivity and performance.
You will report to the Training Manager.
Primary Tasks:

Plan, organize, deliver, topic focused two-hour training workshops within assigned region or training expertise by utilizing a variety of training techniques and classroom strategies that engage and inspire the participant and maximize learning.

Implement various learning solutions, utilizing adult learning principles and best practices that enhance leadership performance and prepare them for positional success and career progression.

Conduct classroom, virtual, and field trainings and provide support to the leadership team.

Create and distribute limited materials to promote training and engage participants to maximize learning.

Recommend changes to existing or new curriculum based on stakeholder feedback and/or course evaluations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct thorough analysis to determine preferred and desired training solutions.

Identify appropriate technologies and set-up as needed.

Monitor, evaluate, and report through various assessment tools.
Evaluate participants during training and provide feedback to participants and management.

Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, education, or related field
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and managerial skills
Knowledge of curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction methods, and training metrics
Training experience focused on improving the skills of workforce
Knowledge of adult learning models
Computer competence, including the ability to use multi-media

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
