Construction Inspection Technician

Job DescriptionJob Purpose or Objective(s):
As the Construction Inspection Technician, you will assist the Construction Inspections Manager in monitoring the daily jobsite activities.
You will report to the Construction Inspection Manager.
Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position.
Primary Tasks:
1.
You will monitor construction as it progresses to ensure the materials are installed in compliance with the CNO approved Federal, State and Local codes.
2.
You will document Quality Assurance, Construction Document Compliance and Code Compliance as the project progresses.
This includes using a Checklist that includes all items to inspect for Compliance and Quality, Photographs, Inspection Reports.
3.
You will conduct communications and mechanisms for coordinating inspections with CNCA Field Management Personnel and General Contractors or Construction Managers, and other CNO Departments as directed.
4.
You will assist the CNCA Field Team in coordinating the compliance of all CNCA projects from start of the project through project completion.
5.
You will provide Inspection Documentation and coordinate Distribution of Inspection Reports weekly.
6.
You will work with the CNCA Field Representatives and the Project Testing Lab Companies to ensure all testing is done following the contract documents and all tests have passed the contract document requirements.
7.
You will work with the CNCA Field Staff, Project Architect and Contractor/Construction Manager in the preparing of the Project Punchlist and acceptable completion of all items on the Punchlist.
8.
You will archive all Reports, Photos and Municipality/State/Federal Inspections.

Requirements:
oBachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, business.
oExcellent communication skills.
oKnowledge of legal issues and Code requirements.
oFamiliarization of Microsoft Office 365 softwareoWillingness to travel to different construction sites.
o5 years construction projects and Code Compliance experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
