You will provide exceptional customer service and support to callers by promptly and effectively addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience through professional and courteous communication.
You will report to the Customer Care Manager.

95/hour Primary Tasks:
1.
Answer all calls, both internal and external, into the primary facility and main phone lines while meeting all departmental service standards.
2.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance, adhering to assigned work schedules and breaks.
3.
Log all special requests and alerts to the appropriate department to ensure the guest's expectations are exceeded.
4.
You will explain available services and make referrals.
5.
Create a good relationship with each caller to give a good, valuable impression of the Choctaw Nation.
6.
Maintain accurate data for reporting.
7.
Direct overflow calls from other in-house call centers.
8.
Coordinate with other department on scheduling conference rooms.
9.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Maintain knowledge of current service offerings, promotions, events, historical sites, and structures of Choctaw Nation facilities.
Maintain full knowledge, understanding, and adherence to company and department policies, and sequences of service.
