Job Description:
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative's objective is to make new customers highly successful as quickly as possible, and to keep them satisfied and productive with our products and services on an ongoing basis. The essential functions listed below are representative of duties performed by this job title. Duties generally include but are not limited to the following: Answers customers' requests, process orders, making adjustments on accounts and notating concerning services, products and reporting problem areas.Utilizes automated systems to initiate and complete service orders and handle customer requests.Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services and promotions.Make recommendations according to customer's needs on upgrades and ratesUtilize operational systems to process purchases of products and services Qualifications The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact with the customer and will build and maintain a solid relationship based on responsiveness and trust.

Qualifications
Position/Skills Requirements: Overtime may be required6 months customer service work experience preferred.Excellent communication and computer skills.Must provide excellent customer service and call handling. Must be able to speak, read and write Spanish and English fluently.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
