Job Description:
The
Bilingual Customer Service Representative's objective is to make new
customers highly successful as quickly as possible, and to keep them
satisfied and productive with our products and services on an ongoing
basis. The essential functions listed below are representative of
duties performed by this job title. Duties generally include but are
not limited to the following: Answers customers'
requests, process orders, making adjustments on accounts and
notating concerning services, products and reporting problem areas.Utilizes automated systems to initiate and complete service orders and handle customer requests.Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services and promotions.Make recommendations according to customer's needs on upgrades and ratesUtilize operational systems to process purchases of products and services Qualifications The
Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of
contact with the customer and will build and maintain a solid
relationship based on responsiveness and trust.
